Is the free tier production-ready?
Yes. The free beta tier has rate limits but is fully functional. It's designed for evaluation, prototyping, and low-volume production use.
What happens when beta ends?
We'll announce pricing before the beta period closes. Existing beta users will get advance notice and a migration path. We're using beta feedback to shape the right tiers.
What happens if I exceed my rate limit?
The API returns a 429 status code with a Retry-After header. Your access is not suspended — just wait and retry. We recommend implementing exponential backoff.
What data sources do you use?
All relationship data is extracted from SEC 10-K annual filings using AI. We do not scrape news articles or social media. Every relationship can be traced back to a specific filing.
How often is the data updated?
The graph is updated as new 10-K filings are published. Most companies file annually, so the bulk of updates happen during earnings seasons.
